On David’s academic journey at the Kennedy School, he learned from some amazing professors including Former Governor of Massachusetts Deval Patrick, Cornell Williams Brooks, Marshall Ganz, and Dan Levy.

David also had the opportunity to travel to Brazil and learn from leaders at Bemol, a company that offers goods and services, such as the internet to the Amazonas. He also heard remarks from the Mayor of Rio de Janeiro’s Office on education reform.

Studying at Harvard University with students from all over the world has shaped David’s perspective and understanding of the communities he continues to advocate for. His passion for problem-solving and enthusiasm for leadership was shown in his graduate capstone which included findings to help Texan lawmakers support low-income homeowners.
